How do I submit an unban request?

Got banned — you can appeal only from your profile on the website: magicrust.gg/en/profile/wallet.

How it works:

1. Open your profile on the website.
2. If your account is banned, you will see a red banner with the ban details.
3. Open the “Ban history” section — the button to submit an appeal is inside it, not on the banner itself.
4. No banner means your account is not banned.

Requests submitted in VK groups or on Discord are no longer accepted — appeals go through your profile only.

Requests are reviewed by the moderation team in order, within 72 hours.

Two important things:

• The ban is permanent, but you can appeal at any time — every request gets reviewed.
• If your appeal is rejected, you can submit a new one no earlier than 3 months later.
• An unban is not for sale: the only way to get unbanned is through an appeal in your profile.
