Do admins return items lost to bugs or cheaters?

Moderators and admins do not interfere with the gameplay and do not affect its outcome. That is why we do not return resources, items or anything else lost to bugs, game errors or cheaters. One exception: if a cheater got banned specifically thanks to your evidence, you may receive a compensation.

How do I submit an unban request?

Got banned — you can appeal only from your profile on the website: magicrust.gg/en/profile/wallet. How it works: 1. Open your profile on the website. 2. If your account is banned, you will see a red banner with the ban details. 3. Open the “Ban history” section — the button to submit an appeal is inside it, not on the banner itself. 4. No banner means your account is not banned. Requests submitted in VK groups or on Discord are no longer accepted — appeals go through your profile only. Requests are reviewed by the moderation team in order, within 72 hours. Two important things: - The ban is permanent, but you can appeal at any time — every request gets reviewed. - If your appeal is rejected, you can submit a new one no earlier than 3 months later. - An unban is not for sale: the only way to get unbanned is through an appeal in your profile.

Yes, the server is official. You cannot join with a pirated copy of the game.

Server loading takes too long

Rust is a heavy game by itself, so loading is never fast. The best way to speed it up is to install the game on an SSD if you have one.

If your Bloody mouse keeps you from joining the servers — install the latest version of BLOODY 7 and the problem will go away.

How do I report a player?

Spotted a cheater or another rule breaker — send a report. The moderation team reviews every single one and bans on confirmation. Two ways to do it: - the /report command right in the game; - the report menu on the F7 key. Every report is registered in the system and goes to review.

Wipes and blueprints (schedule, wipe types)

A wipe happens once a week — on the day shown in the server's name, Moscow time (MSK): - MONDAY — Monday, 14:00 - TUESDAY — Tuesday, 14:00 - WEDNESDAY — Wednesday, 14:00 - THURSDAY — Thursday, 17:00 - FRIDAY — Friday, 14:00 - SATURDAY — Saturday, 14:00 - SUNDAY — Sunday, 14:00 The blueprint wipe happens every second wipe (once every two weeks). Blueprints are also wiped after the monthly game updates, regardless of when the last wipe was. Global wipe — on the first Thursday of the month, right after the official game update: the map, blueprints and battle pass progress are all reset. Exact dates of the latest and upcoming wipes are listed in the description of our VK group.
