Your balance can go negative if you were buying items fast while the store was overloaded.
What to do:
- Cancel your latest purchases in your profile, in the "Purchases" section.
- If a purchase cannot be cancelled (cases, for example) — message support: describe the situation and attach a link to your Steam profile right away.
