Are there any promo codes?

Yes, promo codes are given away by our partners — follow their news and videos. Where to look: - some partner videos with active promo codes are posted on our Discord server; - promo codes also appear in the VK group and in partner videos. Keep in mind: promo codes usually have a limited lifetime and a limited number of activations.

How do I move purchases between accounts?

You cannot move purchases between accounts yourself. Message support on the project website — we will cancel the purchase and transfer the balance.

Can't transfer money (bonus balance)

Bonus balance is what you get from promo codes, the Magic Pass or cancelled purchases. - Money from promo codes and the Pass cannot be transferred to another account. - If the bonus appeared because of a cancelled purchase — message support, we will sort it out.

Topped up the wrong account

You can transfer the money to the right account via the Wallet section in your profile. One catch: you can only transfer funds you have not spent yet. If you cancelled purchases, the returned balance becomes bonus balance and can no longer be transferred.

My balance is negative

Your balance can go negative if you were buying items fast while the store was overloaded. What to do: 1. Cancel your latest purchases in your profile, in the "Purchases" section. 2. If a purchase cannot be cancelled (cases, for example) — message support: describe the situation and attach a link to your Steam profile right away.

Money didn't arrive on my balance

This mostly happens with card payments. The money will arrive, just later: the process is not on our side and we cannot speed it up. If the money still has not arrived within 24 hours — message support and attach: - a link to your Steam profile; - the exact payment time (it is in your bank history or the email receipt).
